Session Manager lets you restore your windows after they have closed. This is especially useful for when your computer or an individual program on it crashes, but it can also be helpful if you want to close a program while using others and then come back to it in the same state later. The extension was created to supplant both Tab Mix Plus’s station manager and Session Saver, though it remains compatible with Tab Mix Plus.
The extension is easy to use, and you do not need to restart your browser after installation. You can choose to enable or disable the program at any time. Should you encounter any difficulties, you should go to the Browser Console (Tools Web Development Browser Console. Once there, you can disable and enable the program. When doing so, see whether there are any errors displayed in the error console.
